Role Overview:
As the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Okcoin, your primary responsibility is to establish and expand a robust global risk management initiative. We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong background in risk management, technology, and the digital asset ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with key departments including Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, Product, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing to implement innovative risk management programs that benefit customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and supervise global enterprise risk function at OKX
Develop a comprehensive risk management framework and policies
Analyze enterprise risk data to identify insights and trends
Monitor risks and assess business activities regularly
Implement clear reporting procedures and train teams on escalation protocols
Collaborate with various departments to enhance risk management
Qualifications:
15+ years of leadership experience in risk management
Experience in crypto and fintech markets
Proven track record of developing risk management programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
