As the Inside Sales Director at Hasura, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our Commercial Sales Representatives and overseeing the performance of the Product Advocates (Technical SDR/BDRs). Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of our sales strategies to achieve optimal results. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will have a significant impact on shaping the sales culture at Hasura.

What the role will involve: Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial sales team and Product Advocates while developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand customer base and ensure the team's strong presence in the market.

Set and achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Recruit, onboard, and train new salespeople while fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

Oversee the SDR team to optimize lead generation and qualification processes to ensure high conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

Work closely with our demand generation team to optimize the lead flow to maximize conversion.

Monitor sales metrics (e.g., monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and keep track of performance.

Stay updated on new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board to promote new products.

Work closely with the marketing department to identify and craft strategies for market penetration.

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to upper management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

3+ years experience as an inside sales director or similar sales management role.

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Location: This is a hybrid remote and in-office role based in San Francisco.
