Hinge Health Hybrid Model: We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Some roles which require a greater degree of day-to-day collaboration will benefit from more in-person opportunities. Employees in Hybrid roles are expected to be in office 1 day/week (Wednesdays) in hub locations that have an office, and may be expanded to 2 days in 2024.

About the Role The Infrastructure Engineer at Hinge Health is responsible for ensuring optimal uptime in our technology environment. This role involves diverse tasks and close collaboration with technology, engineering, security teams, and other business partners. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and implementing technical solutions within our global networking stack, cloud-based infrastructure, and user endpoints.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH Implement internal infrastructure solutions.

Provide technical support through various channels.

Recommend and deliver improvements to IT infrastructure systems.

Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Manage IT projects to achieve predefined objectives.

Offer in-person and remote technical support to colleagues.

Evaluate and make decisions regarding new technology for the business.

Maintain hardware/software assets, including license management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A minimum of 7 years of IT support/administration experience in a multi-operating system environment, focusing on Mac OS.

Strong technical skills in Fortinet, Ruckus, and Ubiquiti networking equipment.

Team-oriented attitude to assist colleagues and departments with technical problems.

Working knowledge of MacOS, Windows, Chrome OS, Jamf, and Google Workspace.

Strong commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.

Proficiency in supporting the seamless integration of our user experience and company's hardware and networking stack in our offices across North America and Asia.

Excellent communication, time management, and self-motivation skills.

Experience with cloud-based software and asset management platforms.

Experience with integrating Zoom Videoconferencing room equipment.

Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in networking, hardware, and software.

BONUS POINTS Administrative knowledge of Ubuntu Linux.

Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network equipment

Ability to commute into SF office 3x per week

$120,000 - $180,000 a year Consider the range above plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
