Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Non- IT Project Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Sales Organization on projects related to compensation, taxonomy, and headcount planning, directly impacting the worldwide operations team. The candidate will have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic team and gain exposure to various aspects of consumer business operations.
In this role you will:
Coordinate and manage projects related to compensation, employee data taxonomy, and headcount planning within the Sales Organization
Analyze data and provide recommendations to support planning processes and in-year requests
Support implementation of headcount and analyze alignment with the new operating model
Facilitate the awards payout process and ensure accuracy and alignment of role excellence materials

The Ideal Candidate 10+ years of experience in related fields
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups, with at least 10 years of experience
Incentive compensation knowledge with a minimum of 4 years of experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with at least 5 years of experience
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate with business partners
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data management principles and tools
