As a leader in our industry, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of our platform with a sharp focus on customer-centric value delivery.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Weathermatic is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director to lead our National Accounts Team. As National Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing new product offerings, and promoting Weathermatic's innovative water management solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and sustainability-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership: Lead 1-2 direct reports in National Accounts and collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Engineering, to align sales and product efforts with overall corporate objectives and customer needs.

Business Acumen: Leverage in depth understanding of finance, procurement, and other large corporate customer decision factors to position products and navigate buying process on large scale, multi-site initiatives.

Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to secure new national, multi-site portfolio clients (250+ locations). Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales management team.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with approximately 12 large existing National Account customers, serving as their primary point of contact for Weathermatic's products and services.

Industry & Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of ESG and CSR trends regarding reporting and Fortune 500 customer commitments. Develop a deep understanding of Weathermatic's product portfolio (specifically SmartLink) and effectively communicate its cost and sustainability value propositions to customers.

Sales & Product Strategies: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and work with Executive team to develop new product offerings and solutions specific to National Account client needs and competitor offerings.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Executive team. Manage Quarterly Business Reviews with each national account customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, LEED, or similar technical/sustainability designations a plus.

Proven track record in long term complex sales with sophisticated corporate customers. Experience working in organizations similar to customer base a plus.

Experience managing a team of at least 2-5 direct reports.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Knowledge of the sustainability and/or water management industry is a plus.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
