Position Overview:
Elite Paradigm is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives, while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance.
Elite Paradigm is seeking an IT Program Manager who will deliver development requirements, as requested from a Scrum team, to provide status updates to the Project Owner, deliver information security accreditation requirements, as requested, continuously evaluate program progress and incoming information to ensure the program is progressing on schedule, and assist the Product Owner with the assessment of program requirements.
Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
Assisting the Product Owner with mitigating or avoiding risks, and alleviating program issues
Coordinating stakeholder engagements such as user requirements sessions and trainings
Preparing meeting agendas and gather meeting minutes
Tracking Point of Contacts (POCs), and tasks and action items to meet program deadlines
Completing tasks within the approved sprint cycle timeframe
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. Note that years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:
Working in an Agile Scrum team environment
Managing IT projects
Using issue tracking applications such as Jira (preferred) or similar with requirements analysis
Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence (preferred) or similar using Scrum methods
Serving as Scrum Master to deliver highly complex software systems with multiple integrations
Incorporating practices such as sprint planning, continuous integration, testing, and deployment and delivery of minimum value increments
Experience working with financial data sets
One or more of the following certifications:
