Account Director
Dallas, TX, United States
Description
Walton Isaacson is seeking an Account Director to lead and oversee two exciting high-profile accounts. The clients are leading marketers known for their innovative marketing strategies, programs and campaigns.
The first assignment is for a global AOR brand in the airline industry. The initiatives center on top and mid-funnel campaign and asset development as well as branding initiatives focused primarily on the US market, leading with Digital efforts. The second assignment is for leading brands in the Beer, Wine & Spirits category. The core initiatives focus on brand strategy and campaign development, with strategic project work on an opportunistic basis.
Online video production, display and Social Media experience is desired. As such, we’re looking for a seasoned Account leader that has a diverse marketing background and can provide thought-leadership, foster effective collaboration and deep experience launching integrated marketing efforts flawlessly.
While the initiatives are focused on total market, with growth segments support, ideally the candidate would have experience in diverse/multicultural segment marketing, in particular the Black segment. Candidate will be expected to attend in-person client meeting on a regular basis.
On a macro level, this opportunity provides ample opportunity for someone to stretch and grow, sharpen their marketing expertise across two dynamic industries while also making the world a better place through purpose-driven work. This assignment will appeal to candidates looking for a challenge outside of traditional big box agency assignments focused on churning out campaign after campaign. This work flexes a different marketing muscle that allows for innovative out of the box thinking both creatively and operationally.
And while we are looking for an Account Director with “traditional” account leadership experience that understands the art and science of effective account leadership, we are looking for those entrepreneurially spirited Account Management leaders that aren’t afraid to create the new, navigate unchartered waters and improvise.
