Blend360 is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion for our client in the financial services space in Colorado.

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced product marketing professional to build and lead strategic marketing initiatives for their credit card portfolio. This role will include onboarding the existing portfolio from agency-managed to in-house and will be a key contributor in defining, launching and overseeing the ongoing program evolution.

This is a highly analytical role which requires a dedication to performance improvement across the full product lifecycle. As a someone with deep experience of strategic decision making, you are able to use insights to devise a clear path forward which everyone can easily follow.

You are a seasoned marketing professional well versed in both digital and traditional disciplines, you are never bored because you tenaciously test, measure, and improve - always striving for unique and creative ways to reach the finish line. You garner an authentic ability to guide others, communicator, and create meaningful partnerships and collaborate with others to realize unexpected results.

Essential Functions

Lead strategic marketing initiatives for the credit card portfolio from inception through onboarding, activation and engagement to usage and reactivation.

Work with internal and agency partners to understand member needs and preferences; maintain pulse on evolving market dynamics, consumer trends and competitive dynamics to ensure the program achieves and maintains top-of-wallet consideration.

Oversee marketing program performance across all phases of the credit care lifecycle; focused on continuous and perseverant optimization to strengthen portfolio performance, own the go-to-market plans and lead cross-functional teams from conception through creative development and implementation.

Partner with product & business lines to ensure effective program launch as well as ongoing member-focused enhancements.

Collaborate with the marketing leadership team in developing a world-class marketing team while evolving to support the long term growth vision.

Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to the company policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field

7+ years' general marketing, business or related experience

4+ years' demonstrated results in guiding consumer direct program strategy including acquisition, engagement and retention

2+ years' experience in marketing financial service products including experience marketing credit cards

2+ years' in a team leadership role including experience managing direct-line reports

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay range for this role is $88,000 - $116,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
