Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

+ Answering and routing phone calls

+ Greeting visitors and staff

+ Perform general office duties

+ Oversee the distributing of daily mail, packages and deliveries

+ Monitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ High school diploma; or equivalent

+ One to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative
