Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Litigation Of Counsel with extensive experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability. The ideal candidate will excel in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, managing document production, and demonstrating proficiency in oral and written advocacy.
Duties:
Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
Manage document production process efficiently.
Argue discovery motions and other legal matters.
Effectively manage caseload and ensure timely progress.
Provide legal guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of meaningful litigation experience.
Proficiency in complex litigation, class action, and products liability.
Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admitted to the California Bar.
Skills:
Strong litigation experience in complex cases.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research and case analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
