Responsibilities
What We Offer:
+ Starting Pay: $20 per hour (pay increase to $23 per hour after 2 months)
+ Training Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:30am - 5pm (approx 4 weeks)
+ POST Training: Mon-Fri from 9:30am-6pm
+ WFH on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office
Please Note: This is a hybrid role, combining WFH and office presence. You must reside within 25 miles of our Scottsdale, AZ office.
What you'll be doing:
+ Serve as the initial point of contact for clients.
+ Respond to requests for investment, fund, and account information.
+ Resolve general account issues.
+ Follow standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions.
+ Document and report client feedback for process improvement efforts.
+ Use consultative approach to position products and services to clients.
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma
+ 2+ year customer service/business related experience, preferably in finance
+ Wired Internet - requires an internet speed test that meets 1Gbps download speed (1000mbps) and at least 30 Mbps upload speed
+ Great Problem Resolution and Time Management skills
+ Tech-Savvy
