Job Description
Worthington Industries Consumer Products Marketing Team is looking for a detail oriented, thoughtful, and agile . E-commerce (Digital) Analyst to serve as a key business partner working closely with cross-functional teams. This individual will help support a growing and fast paced E-commerce team execute key activities across e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives. Primary areas of focus include working closely with Brand and Sales team to manage online products including support for new product launch and maintaining the digital shelf across Retail and DTC websites as well as support in execution of Digital campaigns and other projects as assigned. Successful candidates are self-starters bringing a positive attitude and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment to support interdepartmental e-commerce and digital strategies.
The E- (Digital) Analyst is best suited for individuals with experience working in CPG Sales, or Marketing with experience specific to Digital Marketing and E-commerce. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of retail, sales, and digital shelf basics. The ideal candidate should bring experience in project management, comfortability in working cross-functionally, willing to seek opportunity to establish new processes within a team and bring passion for e-commerce and interconnected merchandising.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute digital shelf optimization ensuring content and assets are optimized from item launch throughout product lifecycle.
Support Brand, Sales, Creative and agency partners by managing campaign assets, executing online optimizations and timelines
Ensure that new are optimized online and offer support in identifying and executing online merchandising opportunities when needed
Continuous monitoring of digital shelf to ensure content across customer websites and DTC is accurate and manage process to make timely adjustments aligning with both Sales and Brand initiatives
Assist in maintaining digital content working in close contact with Creative and Brand teams
Track performance of product pages, content, and digital initiatives ad hoc
Track trends in online product performance including online product reviews, using data to bring forth opportunity for Brand teams
QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years' experience in CPG Sales, Marketing, or E-commerce facing work
Capable of juggling several projects at once and meeting deadlines
Ability to build various levels of strong ongoing customer and organizational relationships across Sales, Brand, and outside agency partners
Understanding of sales analytics, e-commerce KPIs and digital marketing ROI related KPIs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects, meet fast-paced deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities
Detailed oriented and process driven (can define and establish new processes)
Familiarity with retail commerce platforms, advertising platforms and digital platforms some of which may include: Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, Criteo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, The Home Depot Supplier Hub, Retail Media+, Target Partners Online, Walmart 360 and Walmart Connect
