The E-commerce Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content marketing deliverables to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions across Vertiv partner' digital channels. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices. This role can be located in Columbus, OH or in Huntsville, AL., at our corporate offices. RESPONSIBILITIES * Content Strategy Development * Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals. * Identify key content themes and topics that resonate with target audiences. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and brand strategy. * Content Management * Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content across various channels, including websites and email * Channel Management * Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to refine and improve content. * Ensure content is optimized for user experience and conversion. * Audience Engagement * Develop and execute campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention. * Utilize data-driven insights to personalize content and improve customer journeys. * Collaboration * Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports business objectives. * Collaboration with global teams to support business initiatives, as needed. * Performance Analysis and Reporting * Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content effectiveness and ROAS. * Prepare and present regular reports on content performance to senior management. * Utilize analytics tools to gain insights and inform data-driven decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the e-commerce sector. * Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies. * Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices. * Advanced Excel in order to manipulate large sets of data. * Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. * Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. PREFERRED SKILLS: * Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Price Spider. * Familiarity with graphic design basics. * Understanding of web analytics. * Certification in digital marketing or data management.
