This posting is for an IT Delivery Manager that is responsible for supporting a technical team that delivers our Global B2B Services that support our intermediary, advisor, and institutional businesses.

The Delivery Manager will partner with the regional B2B teams and product owners and will manage and lead an NWOW full stack product team of technical specialists who design, test, configure, develop, integrate, deploy, and monitor software and tools. You will work closely with a product owner and business leaders to ensure the team prioritizes and delivers new and improved features that drive business results. You will be someone who coaches and develops crew, optimizes how we build software, and delivers software aligned to achieving impactful objectives defined through our OKRs. You will have familiarity with modern software development technologies,

The Delivery Manager will also provide leadership to establish and foster a best of breed engineering team as well as contributing to the IT International agenda.

What we are looking for:

* Experience in coaching and developing a high performing delivery team in an agile environment

* Experience in designing and building marketing websites using content engines (AEM, Teamsite)

* Experience with designing and integrating the use of Marketing Technology (MarTech) capabilities to enable integrated digital marketing across multiple channels and data platforms

* Proven experience within lean, agile and continuous delivery practices

* People leadership- excellent skills in leading a team including coaching, providing feedback and having performance conversations

* Experience within IT operations and applications

* Ability to contribute to and understand strategic perspectives and translate into actions

Specializations thatll make an impact:

* Full-Stack development experience Java, Spring, Angular and DB technologies including Oracle, Datastage, PostgreSQL, RDS and DynamoDB

* Some experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and data platforms e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Oracle, etc.,

* Ability to learn and apply the knowledge of Amazon Services: Amazon API Gateway, EC2, ECS, Fargate, SQS, SNS, Lambda, AWS RDS (DynamoDB, Postgres, Aurora), CloudFront, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing, CloudWatch, CloudTrail

* A deep intellectual curiosity and learning agility; stays on the forefront of business and technology solutions, knowledgeable on API and microservice design, application security, and Front-End / UI development

* Experience in financial services industry, specifically investment management and/or banking is preferred

**Responsibilities**

1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.

2. Responsible for delivering software releases relating to the product for the business units. Works with business clients to determine scope, and develops environmental requirements for each project.

3. Works closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans. Participates in the development of short and long term department goals. Monitors and reports on service delivery metrics and overall performance.

4. Develops and implements changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.

5. Leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels. Works with senior management in the planning, development, and execution of short and long range goals.

6. Presents status, metrics, and department initiatives at meetings with management and project peers. Maintains relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners.

7. Participates in the development of the department budget. Reviews expenses and ensures department operates within budgetary guidelines.

8. Ensures staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures, and verifies that deliverables meet requirements.

9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

* Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of project management experience.

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
