Job Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of related work experience in business intelligence, business analytics, management consulting, process improvement, or related field is preferred.
2+ years of consulting experience required
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred
Core Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving / analytical and presentation skills, documentation and interpersonal skills; A mindset of “own it all the way”
Tools: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Good working knowledge of Data Visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI preferred); Familiarity with SQL required
Experience working in agile methodology
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
