As part of our expansion plan, BMC is now looking to bring on board a US Director, based in Dallas or Atlanta area, to join the multicultural team.
The US Director will report into the manager, and will play a crucial role in developing the local business and local team while leading strategic projects that enable our clients to achieve their best results.
Key responsibilities of the role will be:
Lead a strategic and fruitful relationship with current and new clients in order to build strong and long-term partnerships
Detect business opportunities and translate them into strategic and innovative work proposals
Lead Marketing/Business projects for local and global companies. Leading involves Content, client relationship, and team management.
Inspire and motivate the internal team, and contribute to their training and development
Encourage the development of new frameworks, approaches, and methodologies to respond to the ever-changing business reality
Requirement skills:
+10 years experience in the following roles/companies: Marketing consulting (strategy, branding, innovation or research). Marketing Direction (luxury, consumer goods companies).
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Sociology, Business, Communication, or alike)
Fit with BMC values: Passion, sensitivity, accountability, creativity, leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience working with multinational brands and client
Dallas/Atlanta area based (preferred)
Native English. Spanish is a plus
