**Role Overview** : The Project Lead / Superintendent is responsible for creating and executing project plans from turnover through punch-out to ensure successful project outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with field teams, project coordinators, and customers to meet project goals and overcome challenges.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with the Project Coordinator and Field Leads.
+ Coordinate project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Monitor project status and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
+ Ensure efficient use of project resources and align talent to tasks appropriately.
**Processes & Tasks** :
**Alignment & Expectations** :
+ Develop a plan of specific actions related to each talent development priority for the project.
+ Validate the project team has the necessary bid information to begin planning.
**Project Planning** :
+ Review all project information and create the Project Plan in accordance with contract requirements and estimated budget.
+ Deliver the Customer Plan, Equipment Plan, Projects Sequenced Schedule, and quality expectations.
+ Ensure safety integration by identifying hazards and planning mitigation strategies.
+ Communicate expectations with subcontractors and vendors.
**Customer Plan Presentation** :
+ Collaborate with the PC and OM/OL in creating and preparing the CPP.
+ Participate in Customer Plan Presentations and update plans based on feedback.
**Phase Planning** :
+ Deliver Project Plan and Phase Information to Field Leads.
+ Review and validate Field Leads' detailed plans.
+ Create and engage Field Leads on the site logistics plan.
**Monthly Planning** :
+ Review job cost reports and adjust work plans to meet budget targets.
+ Influence production to meet planned schedules and adjust as necessary.
**Weekly Planning** :
+ Deliver and assess the short interval schedule and relevant phase plans.
+ Communicate weekly expectations to Field Leads.
+ Maximize equipment utilization and monitor maintenance.
+ Identify safety deficiencies and create action plans.
**Daily Planning** :
+ Review next day plans and provide feedback.
+ Prompt Field Leads and Crew Task Leads to anticipate needs.
+ Set production targets and complete daily customer reports.
+ Coordinate punchlist items to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Talent Development** :
+ Ensure project team members utilize opportunities for talent development.
+ Educate and mentor Field and Crew Task Leads on career development.
**Requirements** :
+ 3-7 years of experience in commercial concrete construction (tilt walls, foundations, slab work, etc.).
+ Leadership and management experience.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans.
+ Experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Effective time management and organizational skills.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

+ Experience as a Superintendent in a concrete construction company.
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
**Pre-Employment Check** : Drug-test (10 panel), 5-year background check.
**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
