Shield HealthCare is looking for a Vice President of Sales, at our Valencia, CA office. The primary function of this position directs all activities relating to the sales of Shield Healthcare products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The VP of Sales will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive profitable sales growth and achieve corporate objectives for all products and services.
Provide leadership to sales team to sell all product lines and services while meeting all company policies and objectives.
Manage, create, and maintain strategic sales partnerships
Monitor and control outcome of strategic sales plan and department budget, adjusting plan based on successes, failures, and changes in the external environment.
Managed Care responsibilities: drive MCO relationships, drive better reimbursement with current contracts and drive new MCO contracts in collaboration with Director of Business Development.
Interview, select, ensure orientation, training, and when necessary, disciplines and/or discharges of departmental personnel.
Manages key corporate accounts.
*QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA preferred.
Onsite in Valencia, this is not a remote or hybrid role.
Travel between 11 sales offices in 6 states and field visits with the sales team
Minimum of 5+ years sales management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Effective leadership and strategic management skills
Results oriented; Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Highly developed organizational, communication, planning and leadership skills.
Computer Literate, including experience using CRM software as a management tool.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
$200,000 - $275,000 plus annual bonus
