Hospitality Director / Sales Manager

Minimum of two or more years of TR and wine club Management
Ability to provide excellent customer service skills
Ability to train and develop employees in a retail environment, monitor their performance and to provide feedback to them
Strong experience with register/ POS systems
Must be able to work various days/shifts of the week, including evenings, weekends and holiday
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Responsibilities This Position will be responsible for day to day sales of the winery and operation of the winery’s tasting room
Reporting to the General Manager, the HSM is responsible for all facets of the customer experience at the winery to include person to person sales, wine club development and customer education
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Los Gatos Tasting Room
This includes sales, customer service, point of sale operations and supervising the TR staff
Daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tracking and management in the tasting Room, warehouse and general up keeping of TR shelves and grounds
Generating daily TR Sales Tracker sheets, visitor counts and revenue/per capita
Reconciliation and posting of daily sales logistics into the winery software
Collaboration with marketing in development and execution of strategies to increase sales and Brand awareness
Consistent communication liaison between management and Tasting Room staff
Collaboration with Marketing in order to promote the Wine Club Membership through events and marketing campaigns
Execution of wine club releases
Execution of periodic telemarketing and e-blast campaigns to wine club members and organizations
Additional wine club responsibilities to be discussed

A premium producer of fine wines located in Los Gatos, is searching for a Full time Hospitality/Sales Manager (HSM).
