About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Global Market Access to play a pivotal role in preparing for successful global product launches across a portfolio of pipeline products, particularly focusing on rare diseases. The successful candidate will be a key member of the market access and broader commercial team, driving strategies, evidence dissemination plans, and pricing and launch plans for target regions outside the US. This role demands a strategic and collaborative approach, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical market access, with at least 7 years in HEOR and/or global payer strategy and pricing, and a proven track record of successfully marketing products globally in a market access capacity.Responsibilities for this position include partnering with commercial and medical affairs colleagues to develop global market access strategies, creating value dossiers, and driving HEOR initiatives to establish the value of each product. The Executive Director will also be expected to contribute to global pricing strategies, support commercial readiness and launch plans, and monitor the global market access landscape for potential opportunities and threats. The role requires a deep understanding of HTA processes, regional payer decision-making trends, and the global pharmaceutical compliance environment. The successful candidate will be a passionate, goal-oriented team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead teams and consultants to achieve market access goals.
