THE SHORT VERSION:

You'll be doing high-profile sales and building relationships with current clients we are seeking to expand - you'll be the point person for 3-5 of our key and strategic accounts on the contracts recruitment side of our life sciences business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Business development for existing strategic accounts clients across industry verticals through meetings, networking, events and other sales techniques

Managing expectations and client relationships throughout the recruitment life cycle. This process will give you the opportunity to globally recognized companies looking to hire skilled people in niche vertical markets.

Client mapping - identifying key buyers and decision makers within larger organizations to open new lines of business

Navigating Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Statement of Work/Master Service Agreements (SOW/MSAs) with precision and confidence

What's required?

3-5 years minimum of experience in client-side business development in the staffing industry in an agency environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience in a staffing agency or MSP with contracts recruitment

Experience within Life Sciences (such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc)

Five years of business to business sales or business development experience
