Senior Manager, IT Project Management

About The Role

This role will provide leadership of PMO processes & methodologies in relationship to IT best practices for large-scale complex programs

Responsibilities

Managing and owning oversight of a project portfolio of 10-25 projects

Managing and owning oversight and development of 5-10 project managers

Ensuring projects and project managers follow PMO processes

Managing the relationship between ETS and Business Unit portfolio leadership

Managing project resource demand and capacity

Requirements

5+ years of PMO Management experience

10+ years of experience in software and/or infrastructure delivery/project management

Able to managing offshore team members

Have PMP

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $92,400-$120,000.
