The General Accounting Manager is a crucial part of our Finance organization. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the period close process within established timelines, driving process improvements, and implementing changes across the Accounting department. + Process Improvements: Coordinate efforts to drive process improvements related to functions performed by the General Accounting team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a minimum of six years of related experience or equivalent; CPA preferred.
Strong procedure development and implementation skills, with demonstrated process improvement ability.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting critical deadlines.
Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Quick adaptability and ability to learn new tasks independently.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
