The Opportunity:
The Infrastructure Technical Architect for Digital Workplace designs and implements modern workplace solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with our strategic goals. Your role will involve deep engagement with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure the development and deployment of robust, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions. The Infrastructure Technical Architect will be a steward for architectural principles and standards with proposed technology solutions through planning, design, and coordination on multi-year roadmaps. You will report to the Infrastructure Solutions Architecture Team Lead.
The Day-to-Day:
Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of modern workplace solutions, including cloud services, mobile device management, virtual desktop infrastructures, and collaboration solutions
Engage with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with our goals
Work closely with the Digital Workplace tech leads on all solutions, including brainstorming and standardization of processes and standards
Conduct in-depth assessments of current technology landscapes and existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and integration of cutting-edge technologies
Be the expert and advisor in modern workplace technologies, providing guidance to both technical teams and business stakeholders, and working with the Digital Workplace AVP
Facilitate and lead workshops and meetings with partners across IT and the business to gather feedback and ensure that proposed solutions meet our needs
Oversee the deployment of new solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and compliance with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and organizational policies
Improve workplace technology solutions by staying updated with industry trends and latest technologies
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs, configurations, and deployment procedures
Be a product owner for endpoint management, updating requirements and acceptance criteria, and driving the transformation of the modern workplace
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
At least 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in an IT architecture role
Strong foundation in Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory and Azure AD
Expertise in managing endpoint devices and delivering applications through Intune and other modern management platforms
Proven ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams distributed globally
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to maintain strong relationships
Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or related methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
Compensation:
$140,000 - $160,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
