Lead Engineer - USA:
DevOps Engineer who will be responsible to build, manage, and automate our end user monitoring infrastructure. You will be working with engineering teams and focusing on automation and improving code deployments.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in release, and configuration of production systems. -
Evaluation of new technology alternatives and vendor products.
Pre-production UAT testing for quality assurance.
Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
Required Skills
Person should have 5+ years of programming experience on Python or Golang.
Proficiency with git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of Infrastructure deployment using Ansible/Terraform/YAML/Shell
Experience with building REST APIs
Experience with production troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
Synthetic testing OR Application Performance Monitoring background-
Desired skills
Worked with Cisco TE or equivalent tools. --
Full stack development experience-Exposure to Kubernetes, writing pod specs, containers, and deployment.
Deployment of systems for metrics and logging and monitoring on a cloud platform
Ability to write PromQL and Splunk queries.
