The job is writing and research driven. The work involves research on various industries and commercial real estate (no residential).

Requirements :

An undergraduate college degree is helpful, but not necessary in the following areas, including but not limited to, finance, accounting, economics, math, real estate, or business or science. A background in accounting and finance is helpful, although not necessary. Writing skills are important. Science and Math majors are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be able to handle deadlines. Knowledge of another language is useful.

No prior real estate experience is necessary. This is an entry level job that will introduce the applicant to the basic necessities of a career in commercial real estate and supplementary business industries.

The work involves research on various industries and commercial real estate assets.
