What are they looking for?
They are seeking an accomplished Real Estate Transactions Partner to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in handling legal matters related to Real Estate, which can encompass a wide range of responsibilities and tasks.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate developers, investors, property owners, and other clients involved in real estate transactions. Understanding their objectives and providing tailored legal advice to achieve their goals.
Leading and overseeing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects. This involves structuring transactions to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate legal risks.
Supervising and coordinating due diligence investigations on real estate properties. This includes reviewing title documents, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, leases, and other relevant documents to assess legal risks and liabilities.
Negotiating and drafting transactional documents such as purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, and easements. Ensuring that contracts accurately reflect the parties' intentions and protect clients' interests.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
5-8 Years of experience practicing Environmental Litigation at a Reputable Law Firm
Proven track record of handling complex environmental cases from inception through resolution.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a keen understanding of market trends and industry dynamics
