What are they looking for? $
They are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactions Partner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic counsel and legal representation to clients in Real Estate Transactions. Industry.
Responsibilities
Client Representation: Providing legal advice and representation to clients involved in real estate transactions, including individuals, businesses, developers, investors, and other entities.
Transaction Structuring: Advising clients on the structuring and negotiation of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing arrangements.
Contract Negotiation: Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and development agreements.
Due Diligence: Conducting or overseeing due diligence investigations to assess the legal and financial risks associated with real estate transactions, including title searches, zoning compliance, environmental assessments, and property inspections.
Client Counselling: Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on various aspects of real estate transactions, including market trends, investment opportunities, risk management strategies, and dispute resolution options.
Business Development: Engaging in business development activities to attract and retain clients, including networking, marketing, client presentations, and participation in industry events and conferences.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
7 Years plus of experience in practicing, with a focus on Real Estate Transactions
Proven track record of success in representing clients in complex matters.
Portable book of business exceeding $500k
