Overview:
To ensure success, the medical front office specialist should possess extensive experience in medical office administration and the ability to interact with patients
A first-class medical office specialist should be an administrative expert who can create an efficient and patient-centered environment
Exceptional ability to create a welcoming and patient-centered environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Extensive experience in maintaining patient files and updating electronic health records
Experience in processing payment
Ability to verify medical insurance information
Knowledge of insurance prior authorizations for in office procedures
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
Must have ECW experience: 2-3 years
Must be able to reliably commute
Must have experience in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have Skills
Spanish Bilingual
Location/Schedule/Shift
M-Th: 8 am to 5 pm; F: 8 am to 2 pm
30-minute lunch break
