The Executive Search & Intelligence team is a newly created team reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, the recruiter will execute Sr. Director and above searches across CoStar Group. They will employ a retained like search approach and be accountable for the research/talent identification, sourcing and end to end recruitment process. The role will play a critical role as CoStar Group continues to expand and grow into the future by attracting and bringing on board best in class talent. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide world class executive search delivery, including market intelligence, talent identification and sourcing for senior level positions throughout CoStar Group. Conduct market research to identify relevant talent and recruit them for opportunities while providing a high touch candidate experience. Maintain a pipeline of top talent and actively work to improve the pipeline and availability of diverse talent. Collaborate with senior executives to understanding hiring needs and recommend hiring strategies to address those needs. Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Management to ensure smooth on-boarding of senior executives as they transition from a “recruit” to an “employee”. Apply a rigorous assessment process across all positions ensuring that scorecards are tailored to each individual position and the position outcomes are clear and assessed during the hiring process. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College. A track record of commitment to prior employers. Ability to work onsite in our Washington D.C. office 5 days a week. Candidates seeking remote work only will not be considered. Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search (Retained search experience a plus)– minimum 6 years Extensive experience working with c-suite level executives – minimum 6 years PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Client focused orientation Significant leadership experience within a talent acquisition or executive search function Proven and respected leader who raises the bar, motivates and empowers others to perform, demonstrating and championing the company Expert knowledge of executive search market practices and wider HR disciplines including executive compensation, employment laws, and talent development Organizationally savvy and able to navigate through complex hiring decisions, working across functional areas as well as managing through conflicting or competing priorities Knowledge of ProTech or CRE Tech landscape a plus Demonstrated credibility with executive candidates and leaders - possess gravitas to lead conversations and drive processes through to fruition Risk aware, champion of compliance requirements and other controls activities associated with hiring Strong project management skills #LI-MP2
