In this role, you'll get to:

Communicate benefits information to employees through presentations, individual counseling sessions, and written materials.

Manage the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes for all benefits as well as offboarding.

Administer various employee benefits programs such as group health, dental and vision, life insurance, and wellness programs.

Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect employee benefits and compliance requirements.

Resolve benefits-related issues and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations.

Conduct benefits orientations and other benefits training for employees and dependents.

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

Collaborate with HR team members to implement process changes that increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.

Own the relationships and collaborate with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure cost-effective and high-quality benefits offerings.

Manage benefits invoicing and reconciliation, provide regular reporting to Accounting Team, collaborate with payroll to ensure accuracy in deductions.

Assist with people operations audits with compliance related reporting submissions including but not limited to, EEOC, ACA, etc.

About you:

You are motivated, driven and has a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.

You have at least 3 years experience in benefits administration

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or HR-related certification

YOU'RE:

+ A subject matter expert when it comes to employee benefits administration

+ Collaborative – our environment is set up so that you can only be your best when you are working as a team with a common goal

+ Self motivated and sufficient, with strong ability to multi-task

+ Tech savvy with at least 2 years experience in ADP WorkforceNow and Google.

+ Reliable and organized with keen attention to details and accuracy.
