Seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the month-end close, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, monthly reporting and strategic projects. This position is part of a larger coordinated team where the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with other team members is essential. A great opportunity to work closely with a strong team and have visibility to the larger organization.

+ Support multiple Senior Analysts with coordinating monthly and quarterly forecasts in addition to the annual planning process for assigned business units.

+ Assist Senior Analysts with developing insightful and standard reporting that will guide decision making at the Executive level.

+ Responsible for annual updates to management reporting infrastructure cost allocations and monthly allocation processing.

+ Create standard templates for use by managers to identify trends/variances and efficient reconciliation of financial presentations.

+ Collaborate in the development of business cases that are integral to the annual planning process.

+ Prepare journal entries and ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements.

+ Gather and format data into reports and dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Essbase experience a plus. - College degree.

+ 5+ Years of experience

+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

+ Client service focused that anticipates internal clients in a manner that shows a commitment to continuous improvement and delivers high quality output.

+ Attention to detail while demonstrating the ability to think critically and see the big picture.

+ Hybrid work schedule requires a regular presence at the 120 S LaSalle, Chicago location (in person 2-3 times per week).
