In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Commercial Services organization, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. **The Role**

The Senior Financial Analyst for Commercial Services will be responsible for financial analysis, monthly close oversight, and budgeting/forecasting supporting the Commercial Services organization. The role will also contribute to departmental reporting, global fund contribution analysis, prepare ad hoc analysis and participate in projects as needed.

•Complete/oversee monthly financial responsibilities for various commercial services departments. Responsibilities include variance analysis, budget development and re-forecasting, and accruals.

•Serve as primary/initial point of contact with commercial services business contacts on financial matters and related questions

•Work closely with the manager and Sr. manager to enhance the fund contribution process, including analysis and reporting

•Identify areas of opportunity and efficiency savings in areas of responsibility

•Leverage statistical and operational data to draw a correlation between periodic operational and financial results, providing greater insight and decision-making abilities to senior management

•Gather and report information for annual regulatory reporting as well as year-end audit reporting

•Help in addressing any ad hoc requests daily

**Qualifications:**

**Experience Required:**

•Three to five years in finance and/or accounting

**Experience Preferred:**

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance

•Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent preferred

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
