As an IT Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading Business Site Services in the delivery of IT site services to end users, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. This role involves monitoring service performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and implementing improvements to enhance service quality and user satisfaction. The IT Services Manager manages vendor relationships and works closely with internal teams to support sales models, division offices, and manufacturing plants.

Key Job Responsibilities

+ Supervise the delivery of IT business site services to end users, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

+ Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and improvement areas.

+ Raise and track problems, issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues involving senior management and escalates to appropriate level where required.

+ Develop and streamline processes for improvement opportunities.

+ Manage escalations from end users or internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.

+ Coordinate with external partners or vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and resources required for specific work efforts, while maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.

+ Communicate changes in projected IT Services spend for all NVR locations.

+ Schedule installation of vendor assets for hardware and software to all NVR locations.

+ Ensure quarterly business reviews are conducted and include a vendor scorecard.

Job Qualifications

+ 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven background in IT service management

+ Strong project and vendor management skills

+ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and business partners.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on continuous improvement and delivering results.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
