Are you looking for an opportunity to serve a bigger purpose with a growing organization? Then we have a spot waiting for you. As part of our Development team, you will help plan and implement marketing and advertising activities highlighting the great things HHM does to serve the community.
Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do :
Design and create marketing material to attract the appropriate audience (patients, community partners, donors, etc.)
Design and create attention-grabbing social media and web content
Work with SEO vendor to strengthen HHM Health services in google searches
Liaison with media outlets to showcase HHM (includes TV, publications, radio, etc.)
Provide media training to all HHM employees
Supports community outreach and relationship building
Design impact report and monthly e-news publications to donors
What you need to succeed
This is a great opportunity for someone with an existing donor portfolio. To be part of the HHM team, you will have excellent collaboration, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. You'll have keen eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, non-profit management or business.
At least two years of related experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
Likes to work collaboratively
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to build relationships in the community
High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with all media platforms and outlets
MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
