Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at Septien Entertainment Group in Dallas, TX. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing social media marketing campaigns, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and utilizing digital marketing techniques to enhance brand awareness and engagement. It also includes office management of the schedules of artists who we manage and train. It is a complete turnkey job working with the artists. Please only apply if you understand the need to have a 360 job with the artists as it does include sales to the artists, social management and sales, and analytics.
Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with the target audience
Experience in developing content strategies for 4 major social media platforms
Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
Experience with social media analytics and reporting
Creativity and ability to think outside the box
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in the music industry or entertainment industry is a plus
Can work on gigs and some weekends.
You must be a fun person that is communicative and loves music!!!!
