About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Market Lead for Workforce Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and inspiring clients with a vision for the possibilities in the workforce engagement space. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to position the company's workforce engagement solutions as uniquely suited to meet those needs. The VP will also be expected to lead RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and partner with marketing and inside sales teams to execute prospecting strategies.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience in business development, including leadership roles, within the workforce or employee experience sector. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a solid knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, adept at navigating across the organization to leverage resources, and will demonstrate a commitment to the values of the company, including championing the client, teamwork, and doing the right thing. The VP will be expected to maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape and work closely with managing directors to ensure alignment on growth pursuits.
