About the Role
The Company is seeking a Zone Vice President (ZVP) to join their team. The ZVP will be responsible for the development and operational execution of a significant number of stores within their designated zone. This role requires a leader with a minimum of 15 years' experience in retail operations management and retail merchandising, including at least 10 years' experience leading a multi-store organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the financial and profitability plans for the zone, leading a team of regional managers and field business partners, and ensuring that the stores operate within the company's standards. The ZVP will also be involved in strategic marketing, revenue management, expense controls, and talent management, and must be a problem solver, strong communicator, and self-driven.The ideal candidate for the ZVP position at the company will have a background that includes retail, hospitality, or restaurant general management, with a proven track record in areas such as recruitment, training, and directing teams to achieve sales targets. They should be adept at P&L management, have a deep understanding of retail sales, and be able to lead change and foster a culture focused on guest experience and sales. Qualifications for this role include excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and a demonstrated ability to develop and retain top talent. The ZVP will be expected to provide overall direction to improve store operations, plan and implement initiatives to increase sales, and control operational costs, as well as to motivate and lead a high-performance team.
