WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the process of engaging stakeholders to craft compelling and accurate deliverables that effectively showcase our company's capabilities and offer. Assisting with new business and existing client opportunities, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights, ensuring that our brand identity and voice are consistent and convey the value of a workplace integrator to prospects. The Marketing Manager will:
Contribute to implementing our brand identity and voice in a way that clearly differentiates us and resonates with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Manage the end-to-end process of bids and proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in submissions.
Develop and implement marketing programs to support sales initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, and events.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Support graphic design and layout needs, including creating visual assets, presentations, and branding materials.
Monitor and track the performance of marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Maintain and refine presentations/overviews consistent with our brand, message, and offerings (furnishings, services, walls, and audio visual).
Collaborate with the Brand and Creative Manager to develop consistent design support for newsletters, email campaigns, events, and tradeshow materials.
Assist in maintaining standards of size, color, scheme, and style to preserve company branding message.
Manage priorities and work successfully in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced, team environment to meet due dates of multiple projects.
Support the marketing and sales team across all marketing programs, events, promotions, campaigns, etc.
Collaborate effectively with multiple internal clients, stakeholders, and locations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic marketing role.
Demonstrated experience in brand management, bid and proposal management, marketing strategy development, and market research and analysis.
Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
Proficiency in graphic design software and experience in creating visual assets and branding materials.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in furniture, interior design, or related industry is preferred, but not required.
