Responsibilities:
Bid & run projects from start to finish for HVAC Sales projects
Perform in-home evaluations on HVAC equipment (system type, age, etc.)
Translate customer’s desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home
Develop and deliver sales presentations
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Scheduling, change orders, submittals, close out packages
Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training
Design projects & work with customers for best solutions
Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of In Home Sales Experience preferred
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred
Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills
Excellent computer skills are required for this position
Excellent customer & employee relation skills are a must
Excellent local reputation & knowledge of the Portlandservice area is desired
