Job Description:

We’re looking for highly motivated and talented Project Coordinator whose primary accountability is to support productive operations within the Special Projects Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

+ Set-up projects, update project resource schedules / assignments and update team calendars

+ Coordinate with Service Dispatch to update daily individual assignments

+ Communicate and coordinate with suppliers / subcontractors for supporting documentation

+ Manage open supplier purchase orders, receiving and AP invoice matching

+ Support equipment tracking with Project Managers

+ Monitor work order tracking, aging and completion and by Project Manager

+ Facilitate financial analysis / profitability reporting by project or quoted job

+ Assist other administrative activities with supplier / subcontractor invoices and related purchase orders, track supporting documentation, and change orders

Skills:

+ Must be highly organized and self-driven.

+ Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas.

+ Must be quality oriented to provide the highest level of service to customers and subcontractors / suppliers.

+ Must be able to exercise sound judgment and utilize strong analytical skills.

+ Must possess excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Must be a team player to support Special Projects team and various activities

+ Must be proficient in MS Office.

+ Excellent typing and 10-key skills.

Experience:

+ Construction or Service Experience: 4 years (Preferred)

+ Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

+ Microsoft Word: 2 years (Preferred)

+ Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)

+ Outlook: 2 years (Preferred)
