We are in an exciting part of our journey to grow and mature the Customer Success muscle at Trimble and are looking for a results-driven Enablement Specialist to focus on enabling and upskilling Customer Success team members to effectively fulfill their responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success Operations, you will be their trusted partner in defining and developing continuous training programs for Customer Success Organization members, from new employee onboarding to skill building and professional development. You will be responsible for organizing various aspects of the training programs, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. This role will work closely with the CS Leadership team to create learning curricula, structure the learning journeys, generate reports, track progress, and facilitate communication. As the Customer Success Organization scales with multiple unique roles within the org, there is a need to create programs that enable the team to drive a positive customer journey at scale.
Be responsible for the development of engaging Customer Success specific content and training programs
Identify role-based training needs and organize different curricula for all levels of the Customer Success Organization.
Collect, create, document and deliver training and content to clarify and accelerate the Customer Success team motions
Work with the Customer Success leadership team to define and improve new hire onboarding programs to enable greater development and faster ramp time for new CS team members
Support the renewal and upselling processes for Customer Success teams through ongoing learning programs
Work closely with Sales Enablement and the Customer Success Org to launch and enable new processes and tools
Leverage best practices in adult learning theory to ensure our CS team receives timely and appropriate skill-building resources
Partner with Customer Success leadership and subject matter experts to create a continuous development enablement plan with clear deliverables
Create training communication plan to ensure good attendance uptake for live events and high consumption metrics for self-paced learning.
Facilitate effective and engaging training sessions for our different Customer Success roles
Work with Customer Success team members and leadership to execute effective management disciplines and establish a Customer Success coaching program.
Partner with Sales Ops leadership on measuring KPI’s and driving valuable insight
Identify content updates and improvements based on feedback and evolving business needs
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Minimum of 2 years experience in Enablement / Training / L&D
Prefer to have minimum 2 years experience in Customer Success
Experience in Instructional Design
Experience in facilitating New Hire onboarding
Passion for designing processes that scale
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Enterprise B2B SaaS customer success fundamentals.
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, self-motivated and team-oriented
Enjoy getting your hands dirty by digging into complex operations
Take high degree of ownership over workload
Positive, never fail attitude
Experience using learning management systems for course delivery, learning journeys, and tracking results.
About Your Location
Under a flexible work arrangement, this resource primarily supports the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) Sector and ideally works in a hybrid environment, based primarily in either our Portland office or our Westminster office.
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
