About our next App Support Specialist:
audiochuck is looking for an App Support Specialist to take fan interactions in our Crime Junkie Fan Club app to the next level. In this role, you'll serve as frontline support for members of our custom Crime Junkie Fan Club app. You will also collaborate with various teams, respond to inquiries across channels, and help create a unique fan experience. What you will bring to the table:
Technical savvy and the ability to quickly transition between platforms
Analytical mindset with an innate ability to think through possible solutions and outcomes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written communication with a quick and accurate typing speed
1+ years of experience in a high-interaction customer service environment
1+ years of experience in app / technology support
Proven ability to proactively engage with customers through chat and phone call
A genuine desire to create a unique experience for customers

What You'll Do: Daily listener support
Foster customer loyalty and excitement
Advocate for customers, tracking and relaying feedback
Respond to customer emails, comments, and messages across platforms
Monitor and update team on customer responses to new features
Manage customer support initiatives, including rollouts for features and fixes
Collaborate with fan club manager and app development team on support initiatives
Assist in managing Crime Junkie Fan Club App, addressing inquiries, technical issues, and comments.
