Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a **Senior analyst application support** to be responsible for overseeing the support activities. **Responsibilities**:
**Keep management updated**: Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
**Impact the bottom line**: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful solutions to the support problems and incidents
**Define Sutherlands reputation**: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback
**Strengthen relationships**: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
**Take the lead**: Monitor calls/chats/e-mails as per defined sample plan and targets; report out any ZT cases and take necessary action; perform RCA and take corrective actions for defects identified during monitoring; drive support process and improvement initiatives across program

Good communication skills in verbal & written
Ability to handle communications effectively with stakeholders
Manages timely processing of daily production batch jobs running on multiple scheduling systems.
Partner with IT teams to resolving technical and non-technology related issues impacting multiple teams/groups.
Analyze production reports (outages, scheduled downtime, bugs, etc.) to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and/or operating production problems.
Effectively perform and document root cause analysis of issues.
Maintain system documentation and provide production metrics reporting
**Key competencies**
Functional Domain: Exposure to the U.S Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
Technical Expertise: .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSIS & TFS.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements: B.E/B.Tech or MCA
Experience Requirements: 3-4 Years in Healthcare domain, 1-2 years of work experience in SQL server & .Net
