We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing client accounts, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional recruiting skills, a strong aptitude for client relationship management, and a passion for driving growth and success.
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 + Bonus
Location: Hybrid in Darien, IL (must be available to come on-site at least twice per month)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Hours
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions by following KO’s process.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates, evaluating their fit for specific roles.
Client Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and priorities.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing updates on recruitment progress.
Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with their business objectives.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts, leveraging relationships to expand service offerings.
Prospect and cold-call potential clients to introduce recruitment services and establish new partnerships.
Attend networking events to assist in gaining potential clientele.
Offer Negotiation and Closing:
Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain communication with candidates who were not selected, providing feedback and keeping them informed of future opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Reliable transportation and ability to come on-site twice per month.
3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or similar position.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
