Greeting customers, providing an exceptional level of engagement and discovering furnishing needs and opportunities

Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions

Maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and existing customers

Encouraging clients to partake in our Interior Design Program

Assisting customers through the entire buying process - from purchase to delivery

Achieving and driving sales goals - monthly and yearly

Preserving the established team environment

We hire for ambition, attitude, and ethics, then train for furniture knowledge and sales process.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to see well enough to read printed materials, computer screens, and across the gallery

Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with other employees

Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the gallery and occasionally walk briskly

Must be able to kneel to pick up items from the ground

Must be able to move furniture lifting to 50 pounds

Must be able to type and hold an iPad
