About the job
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will spearhead our efforts in acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts, leveraging your extensive sales experience and deep industry knowledge. You will strategize and lead complex sales cycles, implementing tailored solutions that address specific, critical needs of large-scale businesses.
This role could have a hybrid schedule or be fully remote. Employee's based in the greater Seattle area work a hybrid schedule. Candidates from anywhere in the United States are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
Schedule and conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
Respond to RFPs where appropriate
Schedule and manage regular interactions with prospects to keep them engaged
Consistently document, manage, and monitor your sales pipeline
Consistently document account status and interactions for management visibility
Provide proactive support to prospects and accounts in trial
Gain complete knowledge of the product and the market we serve.
Represent MangoApps at trade shows, conferences, and other events
Proactively prospect and generate leads via emails, webinars, and other channels
Ongoing sales and product training
Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the strategic direction of the sales team
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in a similar role with a customer-facing B2B employee experience, Intranet and/or Employee Communications software company
Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple enterprise deals at once
Experience with managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
Proven business development success through effective use of sales tools like HubSpot
Independent self-starter, high energy & highly motivated to grow
Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and correlate to MangoApps features
Outstanding writing, presentation, and verbal skills
Comfortable working in a startup environment
Has drive and sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
Passion for working with emerging technologies
