Northside Healthcare is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Leader to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the foundation for Northside's financial decision-making.

What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range financial model using GAAP standards.
Conduct in-depth sensitivity analysis to assess financial risks and opportunities.
Build a consolidated system view alongside detailed campus and entity breakdowns.
Analyze trends and identify key financial observations to inform strategic planning.
Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure model accuracy.

Qualifications:
You Are:
A degreed professional (in Accounting or Finance) with a passion for finance and data analysis.
A master organizer with strong communication skills.
An Excel whiz with experience in Axiom, data warehouses, or similar systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word) and SQL Server.
Bonus Points for:
Experience in hospital/healthcare finance and decision support (4+ years).
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Public Health.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
Project management experience.
