As an Inventory Management Specialist at AutoZone, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the supply flow of materials, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our success!
Responsibilities:
+ Order, receive, reconcile, and distribute materials to support inventory management.
+ Enter work orders and dispatch tasks promptly.
+ Assist with resource and personnel scheduling.
+ Monitor expenses and provide budget reports.
+ Generate PeopleSoft reports for the Facilities Group.
+ Cross-train as a backup for the Facility Services Coordinator.
+ Perform other assigned projects.
+ Track the assignment of SSC cubicle numbers.
Qualifications:
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
+ Familiarity with PeopleSoft is beneficial.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
