Job Summary and Qualifications
Directs all repair, changes and additions to the hospital facility. The ultimate goal is to provide a safe environment for patients, staff, physicians, visitors, physical plant, and equipment.
* Bachelors Degree is required.* Experience in operation and maintenance of power and physical plant of hospital, large building, and/or industry at a supervisory level for 5 years or more is preferred.* Training in or past experience in safety and fire prevention.
* Second Class Boilers permit is preferred.
